What happens if you miss the 11 AM cutoff?

The order moves to the next delivery day automatically and you still receive a confirmation. You do not need to cancel or reorder anything, and the price does not change.

If the deadline is firm, a dinner tonight or a flight tomorrow, add a note at checkout and call the studio. We will tell you plainly what is possible.

Why is the cutoff at 11 AM?

Because the day starts at the market, not at the bench. I select stems before dawn in the Downtown Flower District, where wholesale trading runs from 2 AM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

What follows takes the rest of the morning. Stems are cut and conditioned, each arrangement is built by hand, and the afternoon route is planned around the addresses we have. An order that arrives at noon has missed that sequence, not our willingness.

Does the cutoff apply if I am ordering from out of state?

Yes, and the cutoff is Pacific time. Order from anywhere in the world and we design and deliver here in Los Angeles.
