For sympathy orders going to a funeral home or service, please include the family or service name and, where possible, the timing, so we can deliver with the care the occasion asks for.

What happens if a flower in the photo is unavailable?

We substitute something of equal or greater quality, matching the palette, scale, and feeling of the design. Because our stems are hand-selected each morning, the exact bloom in a photograph is occasionally not at its best that day; the look and the standard hold, while the precise flower may shift with the season.
