Adore Flowers designs florals for galas, benefits, and fundraisers across Los Angeles — the large-format, seated-dinner work where scale and photography matter most. We are a delivery-only editorial studio: every piece is built from scratch for the room, hand-selected before dawn at the Los Angeles Flower Market, and delivered and installed on site so a ballroom of two hundred reads as considered as a table of ten.
What we design
- Dinner centerpieces at volume — a single sculptural language repeated cleanly across every table.
- Entrance & stage installations — the arrival moment and the backdrop the night is photographed against.
- Step-and-repeat & sponsor moments — florals that frame logos and donor walls without fighting them.
- Lectern, auction & escort-table pieces — the smaller focal points that carry the programme.
Built for the room, and for the camera
Gala florals have two audiences: the guest at the table and the lens across the room. We keep centerpieces low enough to talk across, build statement pieces tall enough to read from the back, and choose palettes that hold their colour under event lighting — so the night photographs as well as it feels.
Scale, logistics, and the strike
We coordinate load-in with your venue and production team, build to the run-of-show, and return to strike and collect afterward — including any rented structures or vessels. For a benefit, we will work to a budget that protects what the evening is actually raising.

Investment
Galas are quoted individually by table count, the scale of the statement pieces, and the season. We will lay out the full plan and cost in your proposal, with options at more than one budget where it helps.

How far in advance should I enquire about an event?
As early as you can — most clients reach out several weeks to several months ahead. We take a deliberately limited number of events each season, so dates are confirmed on a first-come basis.
Which areas of Los Angeles do you cover for events?
We design, deliver, and install across the Westside and Central LA — Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Malibu, West Hollywood, Culver City, and Downtown LA among them.
Do you deliver and install on site?
Yes. We deliver, build, and style every piece on site so it sits exactly as intended, then return to strike and collect any rented structures or vessels where needed.
