Refund policy
At Adore Flowers, we're dedicated to delivering the highest quality flowers and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes, expectations aren't met, and we're here to ensure your satisfaction is our priority.
24-Hour Freshness Guarantee: Our commitment to quality and freshness is unwavering. If you have any concerns about the freshness or quality of our flowers or plants, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery. Upon reviewing your concern, we may offer a replacement or refund to guarantee your satisfaction.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations after this time-frame may not be eligible for a refund as preparation for your order will have commenced.
Delivery Issues: Should we make a mistake in delivering your order on the specified date or to the correct address, please inform us immediately. We will provide a full refund or arrange for re-delivery at no additional cost. If the address provided by you is incorrect or non-existent, an additional delivery fee will be charged to redirect the order to the correct address. If the correct address is outside of our designated delivery zone, a 20% restocking fee plus the delivery charge will be withheld from any refunds.
Damaged Products: In the event of receiving a damaged product, document the damage with photos and a detailed description, and contact us within 12 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the situation and may offer a replacement or refund as deemed appropriate.
Custom Orders: Custom orders are subject to the following cancellation and refund terms:
- Full refund for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 15-30 days before the event.
- No refund for cancellations within 14 days of the event.
Non-Perishable Items: Non-perishable items in their original condition and packaging can be returned or exchanged within 1 day of purchase. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
Exceptions: Please note, we do not offer refunds on sale items or orders made during peak holiday seasons.
