Many Los Angeles hospitals restrict flowers in patient rooms, particularly in ICU and post-surgical units. Where you can, send to the home instead — it is where recovery actually happens, and an arrangement waiting there is a quiet welcome back. If you do want to try the hospital, call the ward first to confirm they accept deliveries.
